Delays due to external factors (such as courier services, force majeure, or restricted security zones) are not the responsibility of the company. In such cases, an updated estimated delivery date will be provided, not exceeding an additional 14 business days.

You may cancel your purchase in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Cancellations are allowed within 14 days of receiving the product, or within 2 business days for clothing and shoes, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price (excluding shipping), or 100 NIS—whichever is lower—may apply.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the item’s return.
